Busy day for CJC – 3 players competing in the A band Nationals, well done to Dylan Kirk (Bronze), Matthew Carter (5th) and a good effort from Summer Shaw.
7 players competing in the Hampshire Open – Robin Lynch (Gold), Cameron Charles (Gold), Ben Baxter (Gold), Tom Lichter (Silver), Phoenix Govey-Gray (Silver), Joseph Mitchell (Bronze) and Ellie Kirby (Bronze) – please let us know if we have missed anyone.
Also 3 players achieved their black belts today, Gary Howe, Fiona Chan and Oliver Bergqvist. A special mention for Jim Clisby, Ewan Tweedie and Dawn Cousins who completed the theory part of their black belts, and Becky Lyndon who passed her first two sets of her black belt technical grading.
