Four CJC warriors travelled to Thetford for the Eastern Area Open, Frazer Chamberlain, Lasha Lekishvili, Aaron Turner and James Martin and they returned with four medals. Frazer and Aaron in the -90kg and -66kg weights respectively both won gold and impressively won all of their contests by the maximum 10 points. Lasha won 2 fights but then lost in the final to come away with the silver in the -73kg category. James Martin had a tough day at -60kg, he won 2 out of 4 contests earning him the bronze medal.
