Held in Gateshead on Saturday 11th October the CJC crew travelled with Head coach Luke Preston to the Great North Open. Laura Tapping won silver in -70kg losing only to a Swedish competitor. In -66kg Thameur Islem took silver whilst club mate Liam Franklin picked up the bronze, and in the biggest category if the day, Lee Shinkin won gold in -81kg. Well done everyone.
