Results from the Eastern Open today. Senior 60 kg men bronze for Reece Howard and Tom Kirk 5th place. James Seccombe 5th place. Toby Beamiss bronze in 90 kg. Neil Simpson silver under 100 kg. Cadets 60 kg Tom Kirk Bronze and Dylan Kirk silver precadet 38 kg. Well done lads

2012 Bronze for Bryant, six years ago today!

Karina Bryant won her 2012 Olympic bronze medal, 6 years ago today in London. She won 7 World Championships medals, 5 finals and four European titles from 1998-2005. German Open and Camp with the CJC TEAM!

                    Members of the elite team completed a very strong training camp in Saarbrucken, Germany this week. The camp followed on from the German European Cup. Five hard randori sessions were completed over three day with some of the top judoka in Europe including the 2012

Henry Wakes 5th place in the Hungarian European Cup!

Good effort from Henry Wakes at the weekend in Hungary. Henry (60kg) finished in a credible 5th place after six hard matches. The day started with an ippon win against Roberts (AUS) before losing to the eventual silver medallist from Italy in round two. A strong repechage run saw Henry defeat Durco (SVK), Aramu (ITA)
